 I. Mattresses

• Absolutely NO refunds • Mattress exchange claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt

• All Mattress returns must be brought back within 3 business days of receipt

• The customer is responsible for returning the mattress to The Bed Post for assessment • All exchanged mattresses will be assessed a re-surfacing fee ($50-$120 depending on mattress)

• Rips, tears, and stains disqualify any mattress from exchange and is up to the discretion of The Bed Post


II. Furniture-Damage Claims

• Claims must be made within 48 hours from time of receipt

• All original packaging must be kept and returned with merchandise

• All damage claims will be assessed by The Bed Post and are solely at the discretion of The Bed Post

• All sales on furniture items are final, no returns / exchanges, and no exceptions (color, style, size variations do not qualify for returns/exchanges)


III. Miscellaneous

• Any canceled orders will be assessed with a 20% restocking fee.

• The Bed Post reserves the right to refuse any claim it deems to be suspicious in nature, is claimed after the given time frame, or fails to meet a reasonable standard set solely by The Bed Post. By signing this document you hereby agree to and accept the above mentioned parameters and give up any rights to arbitration.
